    A CSV with names, contact details and each student’s fee. Next month, upload the updated list as a new batch.

    Up to 1,500 bills during the trial. Parents pay by manual DuitNow or your connected gateway.

New bills and messages pause until you choose a plan. Your records and payment links already sent to parents still work. Nothing is charged automatically.
CSV. Include the student or parent name, phone, email, fee amount and any overdue amount. We provide a template, and Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers can all export as CSV.
No — during the 14-day Business trial, FeeCollec sends fees from its own verified WhatsApp number. After the trial, choose Starter, Business or Enterprise to keep sending. You can connect your own WhatsApp Business number on Business or Enterprise. Every new account includes 50 WhatsApp credits once at signup; more are sold separately. Prefer email? The trial includes email delivery too.
Yes. Every row in your CSV carries its own fee amount and due date, so each parent receives the right amount — monthly fees, per-subject fees, or a term fee with an overdue balance.
Gateways: Billplz, Stripe and PayPal. Payment methods include FPX, cards, e-wallets and DuitNow bank transfer. You bring your own gateway account; manual DuitNow uses your own bank account.
Absolutely. Upload your centre's logo, choose your brand colours, and add your business details. Every payment link opens a page that looks like your centre — not ours. Included on every plan.
Straight to you. Gateway payments go into your own Billplz, Stripe or PayPal account, then your bank. Manual DuitNow transfers go directly to your bank account and are checked by your centre. FeeCollec never holds your funds — we record every payment so your reconciliation matches reality.
Yes. All data is stored in Malaysia, with continuous backups. Connections are encrypted with SSL. Card details are processed by the payment gateway — never stored by FeeCollec. We never share your customer data with third parties.
We'll let you know before you hit your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime or buy a top-up — no penalty, no prorated fees.
No. During your trial you can use manual DuitNow transfers. When you're ready, connect Billplz, Stripe or PayPal — our team can help you set it up, and payments always go to your own account.
